  • What is the minimum investment amount?

    The minimum investment required to participate in RentPlus is $30,000 US Dollars.
  • Do I have to deal with property management or tenants?

Not at all. RentPlus is a 100% passive investment. Winco takes care of everything: tenant placement, maintenance, insurance, property taxes, and more. You simply monitor your returns and receive payouts.

  • What types of properties are in the portfolio? Can I see them?

    Yes. The portfolio consists of single family rental homes located in Baltimore, Maryland. All addresses and neighborhood analysis reports are included in your investment contract, offering full transparency.
  • How and when will I receive my returns?

Returns are paid in US Dollars every 180 days (twice a year) from the date of investment.
