  • Eligibility is limited to our existing homeowners, and the number of cars is capped at the number of homes they own with us. New clients may join through a referral from homeowners who haven’t used their vehicle rights, or invest in the WinCar Plus model with no referral required.

WinCar Plus (Joint Fleet Model)

  • Winco allocates a total investment budget of $300,000 to purchase and manage a fleet of used cars in the U.S. You can buy a share of this fund, and your earnings are based on the size of your share.
  • Returns are generated from the combined rental income of all cars in the fleet.
  • All operations are handled by our team.
  • You receive your rental income after deducting all expenses including insurance, maintenance, and management.
  • Your vehicle is equipped with an advanced tracking system that operates 24/7 to ensure safety and optimal performance. In the event of an emergency or violation during the rental period, our team immediately initiates communication and handles all necessary coordination with the renter.
  • Every three years, all vehicles in the fleet are sold, and the money is distributed according to your share. Individual shares cannot be sold before this period.

Yes.

You can choose from 3 different insurance plans on Turo platform based on your preferences. These plans help protect your vehicle against accidents, damage, and other rental related risks, giving you peace of mind while your investment generates passive income.

8- How much is the average expenses cost?

  • Shared Fleet Model: Rental revenues are distributed after expenses are paid, all expense management is done by Winco.
  • Sole Ownership Model:
    a- Mandatory traffic insurance: Starts from $500/every 6 months based on car brand
    b- Maintenance: Depends on car brand
    c- Parking: Depends on the location
    d- Annual Car license renewal: $49 + processing fees for all car brands and engine types.
    e- GPS Tracking System: Monthly fee (To Be Determined / Based on Vehicle Brand)

9- What are the commission fees?

A %5 commission fee applies to all vehicle purchases and sales, with a minimum charge of $2,000.

This fee includes comprehensive consulting services for both buying and selling processes, as well as all related transactions conducted through the Turo platform.

10- What are the management fees?

%25 of gross rental income.

This includes the following services:

- Listing the car on Turo platform

- Delivery and picking up the car for rent

- Cleaning and getting the car ready for rent

- All the claims and reimbursement management on Turo platform

- Keeping the car paperwork up to date services

- Maintenance management

- Toll management
- Regularly GPS Tracking
